Q. What is a waterless car wash?
A. A technique used to wash a vehicle without the use of water. This technique uses a product that contains many different ingredients, including wetting agents, lubricants and protectants. The detergents and wetting agents in the product combine to soften and emulsify surface grime, while a specific blend of fluids and lubricants attach a microscopic layer of protectant to the surface.

Q. Will T.E.W. scratch my vehicle?
A. No. It will not scratch your vehicle if used correctly. T.E.W. contains many special ingredients and lubricating agents, as well as the finest carnauba waxes. These special compounds work together to ensure it does not scratch. Your vehicle's exterior surface will be slippery and shiny. The vehicle will stay cleaner for a longer period of time. We only use micro-fiber towels when applying our products. Micro-fiber towels are super soft and the fibers soak up the dirt and liquid better than anything.

Q. What are special compounds?
A. Special compounds act as surfactants. Surfactants lower the surface tension of a liquid. Soaps and some components of detergents are typical surfactants. These special compounds wet the surface and surround the dirt particles. By surrounding the dirt particles, it protects the paint from scratching.

Q. Why does washing my vehicle with water scratch the paint?
A. When you spray your vehicle with water, you remove the majority of visible dirt and grime but leave behind a thin layer of dirt in the surface. If you rub a chamois or sponge over your vehicle's paint, you can grind the remaining dirt into the paint. This creates what is called "feather scratches". Regular use of T.E.W. will lessen the effects of feather scratches and keep your vehicle very clean and shiny.

Q. Why purchase T.E.W.?
A. The Cost
One bottle of T.E.W. can clean an average size vehicle approximately 10-15 times with a cost of $24.95+S/H. An average drive-thru car wash cost approximately $2.00 to $10.00 with each visit.
Time Saving
It can take one to three hours to clean the average vehicle by washing, rinsing, drying and applying over-the counter products. T.E.W. allows you the ability to clean without using soaps, buckets and water hoses. All you need is a bottle of T.E.W. and two micro-fiber towels. Using T.E.W., it can take one person approximately 10 to 20 minutes to clean, polish and protect a vehicle's exterior.
Environmental
T.E.W. is biodegradable, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, non-toxic and V.O.C. compliant. It is 100% environmentally safe. When you wash a vehicle with water, the chemicals and contaminants go down into the water table and eventually into a water source. When you clean a vehicle using T.E.W., you can wash the micro-fiber towels to re-use. The water used to clean the micro-fiber towel is processed through the sanitary system and therefore does not effect the environment.

Q. Are T.E.W. and the micro-fiber towel easy to use?
A. Yes, it is a very simple process. All you need are two micro-fiber towels and T.E.W. Spray T.E.W. onto a folded micro-fiber towel and onto the area to be cleaned. Gently wipe the product onto the surface with the micro-fiber towel. Using a second folded micro-fiber towel, quickly buff off the remaining residue. The result will be a brilliant shine! Replace towels if they become too soiled. Repeat these steps until vehicle is cleaned. For best results, use in the shade out of direct sunlight. The surface can be wet or dry but cannot be excessively soiled, muddy or have caked on sand.
